LAY DOWN THESE FOOLS HD - DCAP WON - ANIMATED MUSIC VIDEO from Juan Fernando Maguid on Vimeo.American Hip Hop producer and MC DCAP WON wanted something dark and epic for his track "Lay Down These Fools". And a bewinged creature. It ended up being something you could call a kind of deconstructed urban 3D grafitti (if you are a pretentious peep like me). Featuring a very scary flying baby head from hell.

Aloha! New stills from the music video for DCAP WON that I'm working on, I'm now really satisfied with the new blueish look for the video. Really interesting how these things work, you start off with something, you say to yourself "This is the look I'm going for" and the suddenly in the middle of it you go "No godamnit, THIS IS THE LOOK!". Creativity is a wierd thing.I think I want the whole thing

LTFD-STYLE-TEST-2.2 from Juan Fernando Maguid on Vimeo. Now I really feel that the style of the video is coming together. My general idea is that I want it to look like an abstract graffiti piece falling apart, the shapes coming to life.HD version here.

They liked everything but the symbol in the logo. Later they went for a bigger production company.Normally I'm against pitching, I have to work for a living food doesn't automatically fall from the sky onto my

I did this all CG 3D Animation intro movie for Optea AB a couple of months ago, I only had 5 days for this HD project including animation, compositing, editing and rendertime so I used already built 3D models purchased from Turbosquid and built the 3D City with excellent free Cinema 4D plugin CityGen. I also used a track of mine called "Morning After". I had some problems with the well known GI flicker
